We have 75 hand looms, 85 power looms and 8 rapier looms. We have also recently added 5 Automated embroidery machines from SWF Korea. We also have 10 handheld embroidery frames manned by approximately sixty highly talented craftsmen. All capacity is in-house, with permanent partnerships in place for sub contracts to satisfy any sudden surge in demand. We are expanding our main production facility by 10,000 sq. ft. This will increase our total capacity by over 40%. All effluent treatment is in strict accordance with environment protection agency standards.
